Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday are dispatched the following Tuesday. At peak times dispatch can take a little longer, so the earlier the better. See delivery and returns for full rates.

Questions, answered
Yes. Every piece is hand packed in a Beorma dust bag, folded in tissue and placed in our signature blue Beorma box, then sent in discreet outer packaging. It arrives ready to go under the tree.
For delivery before Christmas, UK orders need placing by Tuesday 15 December and orders to the rest of the world by Sunday 13 December. See all Christmas delivery dates.
Most pieces can be embossed with initials in blind, silver or gold foil for £30. Look for Add personalisation on the product page. Personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
Most people take one size larger than their trouser size, as the leather adds thickness. If you can, measure a belt they already wear from the buckle pin to the hole they use most. Our sizing guide has the full chart.
Unused, full-price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. We don't offer exchanges at the moment, so return the piece and place a new order. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.

Yes, we deliver worldwide by express courier, fully tracked, with duties and taxes included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Delivery is free on every order until 15 December, and for Christmas, order by Sunday 13 December. Standard rates for each country are on our delivery and returns page.
