The Melbury Folio

Every great work begins somewhere quiet, considered, and full of intent. The Melbury Folio was made in that same spirit.

Named after Melbury Road in Kensington, once home to "Holland Park Circle," the grand red-brick studio-houses built in the 1870s for Victorian masters like Frederic Leighton, George Frederic Watts, and Luke Fildes, this folio carries the quiet discipline of an artist's workspace. It was a place where ideas were shaped by hand, with patience, before they became something lasting.

The Melbury Folio is built with the same care. A pull-out handle offers effortless, considered carry, while the finest bridle leather is selected to age with warmth and character, developing its own story with every year of use, much like the studios that inspired it. Lined with Alcantara, a luxury Italian made microfibre, mostly used to line yachts and sports cars, chosen not for show, but because nothing else performs quite like it.

This is a piece for the maker, the thinker, the one who carries ideas as carefully as they carry their tools.

Crafted with intention. Carried with creativity.
