A Beorma piece is made to be used for decades, and we stand behind that. If your bag, belt or leather goods ever need attention — a re-stitch, new hardware, a re-edge or a deep condition — our Walsall workshop can bring it back.

How it works

Email enquiries@beormaleathercompany.co.uk with a photo of the piece and a note on what's happened. We'll assess it and reply within two working days with what we can do, how long it will take, and any cost. Repairs to stitching and structural work on Beorma pieces are carried out at our discretion free of charge under our warranty; wear-and-tear refurbishment is quoted individually.

Leather care first

Many marks and scuffs on full-grain leather can be revived at home with our Leather Balm and Beorma Brush — see our product care guide. If in doubt, send us a photo before treating anything.
