Some photographs deserve more than a frame, they deserve a home. This large leather photo frame is handcrafted to give your most treasured memories the presence they've earned. Full-grain leather, finished by hand, develops a rich patina over years of handling, so the frame ages alongside the memory it holds. We have used Alcantara to line the frame which is an Italian microfibre that is fine and a dense weave gently cushions photographs against scratches and knocks, so the leather does the protecting on the outside, and the Alcantara does the protecting within. Acrylic is used for the pane so it can be both shatterproof and provide excellent optical clarity, so the photo underneath is shown true to colour and details.
Sturdy enough to anchor a mantelpiece or shelf, it's built for the photograph you'll walk past every day and still stop to look at the wedding portrait, the family gathered together, the moment that started it all.
Because some memories are simply too well made to hold in something less.

Product Care
We recommend Beorma traditional leather balm for this item which has been specifically designed to be used on Beorma Leather Company products.
The balm nourishes the leather whilst also acting as a water repellent. It should be applied sparingly with a soft cloth and gently rubbed into the surface of the leather.
Please be aware that darker coloured leathers may transfer colour onto lighter coloured fabrics and mark them. Dark coloured fabric dyes (such as denim) can also transfer onto lighter coloured leathers. Colour transfer in this way is not covered under the Beorma's Care Policy.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be despatched the following day and delivered within 2-3 working days following despatch.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be despatched the following Tuesday and delivered within 2 -3 working days following despatch.
Due to the high volume of orders, during peak times there may be a shipment despatch delay. However, please be assured that we are working to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Following your order, you will get a confirmation email when your order has been despatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.
Free UK Delivery on Qualifying Orders
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £150. On orders below this amount, delivery will be charged at a standard rate of £7.50.
For UK orders please allow 2-4 working days however we strive to get your order out as soon as possible.
Please allow an additional working day for delivery to Northern Ireland. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for any security validation and delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

Packaging
All items will be hand packaged in our soft blue dust bag and placed into our signature blue Beorma Leather Company box, which is then carefully folded in tissue paper, perfect for gifting.
All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging.
UK Returns
You can request a free return for products up to 30 days after receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Once personalisation has been applied to your product, it cannot be returned. When ordering, please check spelling, grammar, and punctuation as we cannot accept returns of personalised products.
Return Period
Returned full-price products must reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date, while sale products must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Free UK Returns
We provide complimentary returns for orders inside of the UK. We will provide you with returns labels and instructions on how to return your item free of charge when you contact us.
International Returns
Currently, we do not provide complimentary returns for orders outside of the UK. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to bear the expenses associated with returning the shipment to the UK and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Beorma Leather Company cannot be held liable if returned items are lost or misdirected during transit. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service.

Care & Packaging for Returns
We take great care in delivering luxury products of the highest quality, ensuring they are beautifully wrapped and securely packaged upon arrival.
Please ensure special attention is paid to the packing of any orders. When sending items back to us, kindly pack the items in a manner that prevents damage to the leather, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged items.
Refunds
Our customer service team strives to process refunds promptly. Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products, we will issue a refund for the full product amount (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The timeline for refunds to reflect in your account is subject to the card issuer's processing times.
Personalised Products
Personalised items are non-returnable, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Exchanges
Regrettably, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that a Beorma Leather Company product does not match up to our high standards we will try our hardest to address the problem.
