Beorma "Win Tickets to The Game Fair 2026" Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Beorma Leather Company, Beorma, Neil House, Slacky Lane WS3 1LX, UK
Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Beorma, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Entrants must have a valid, public Instagram account.
How to enter: Entrants must (a) follow @Beormaleather on Instagram, (b) like the designated giveaway post, and (c) tag at least one friend in the comments, during the entry period below. One entry per person regardless of number of comments/tags. A Story share and tag of @Beormaleather counts as one additional bonus entry per person.
Entry period: Opens 9^th July 2026 and closes [20th July 10am UK time. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
Prizes: 3 (three) prizes available, each consisting of a pair of standard entry tickets to The Game Fair 2026, taking place 24–26 July 2026 at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire. Winners can select the day to attend and arrange their own travel to the event. The ticket is entry only. No cash alternative is offered. Prizes are non-transferable.
Winner selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries using Comment Picker on 20th July, shortly after the entry period closes. Selection will be recorded/screenshotted for transparency.
Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram comment reply and/or direct message within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond and provide requested contact details within 2 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.
Verification: Beorma reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and UK residency before releasing a prize.
Delivery of prize: Tickets will be sent electronically to the winner's email address (or as otherwise specified) within 1day of confirmation.
Data: Entrants' Instagram usernames may be used to identify and announce winners publicly on Beorma's Instagram. Any personal data collected for prize fulfilment (e.g. email, name) will be used solely for that purpose and handled in line with Beorma's privacy policy.

Right to amend/cancel: Beorma reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary, without prior notice, due to circumstances outside its control.
